The competition is the most prestigious one in Greece, with more than 500 participating travel agencies, hotels chains, and tourism services. For the first time in the 11 year history of the competition, a birdwatching tour company is awarded not only at the Outdoors Activity travel category, but also stands out between all Specialty Travel Companies and Services category (which includes Sports, Health, Gastronomy, Yachting,  Art, Family travel, religious Transportation, Travel Blogging and various other subcategories)
