August time, and swallows are getting ready for migration. Red-rumped Swallows, are flying all over the east coast of Attica, family groups mainly, feeding on the numerous insects and buliding up their fat reserves. Juveniles are hunting together with adults, very often being fed by them while flying. Most birds will have departed by mid September. Bon voyage!
