A female Citrine Wagtail was seen on March 25th, at Schinias National Park. This must be the earliest record ever in Greece, and the bird was still there in the morning of the 27th!
Restless but quite tame, it made several Greek birdwatchers and wildlife photographers very happy! Once a vagrant in Greece, it has now become a rare but regular migrant. Even in Athens, sightings have become almost annual.
