Sylvia warblers are mostly sculking birds, always hiding in dense foliage. Of them, the Barred Warbler Sylvia nisoria - Γερακοτσιροβάκος, is perhaps the master of living under-cover. Confined in few places during breeding season and with its migration habits largely unknown, every encounter with this bird is a small feast for the birdwatcher or photographer. After three hours of waiting for a clear view, I got my reward!
