It's no secret that Nestos Delta holds the largest population of Jackals in Greece. It's so easy to see them, especially the youngsters, that you may confuse them with stray dogs! Today, I saw a family of five, with this young jackal being both afraid and curious, running away and then stopping to check on me....(Unfortunately, it was late afternoon and the humidity was reaching 100%, giving the lens a very hard time autofocusing on anything right...)
