Magpies are well known "bullies", harassing many bird species, either by eating their eggs and chicks or by mobbing them all the time. One of their favorite victims is the Rock Kestrel. Many are the times that Magpies engage in a "dogfight" with this small bird of prey and almost all the times they are the winners....

Soon the first Magpie approaches...
Seconds later it has "locked" its target and launches the attack
