This year,we are celebrating our 5 year on the web, with a huge blog facelift. We have changed our layouts, trying to give space to much of the information provided here.
1. We have added species labels to all our posts, so now, they are easier to browse, in the left column. There, you can find a photo gallery of 200 bird species of Greece, all photographed in Greece & Cyprus. You can browse it by species (alphabetically) and you can find species such as Masked Shrike, Rueppell's Warbler, Cretzschmar's Bunting, Sombre Tit, Pygmy Cormorant, Olive-tree Warbler, Isabelline Wheatear, and much more...
2. For easy browsing, We have added in the left column, a Top 10 Athens List, and Top 20 Greece's List, while a "Best birding location" list is added the right column.
3. A Search engine (powered by Google) is added at the top of the blog, that helps you find what you need (species, location, photo, etc) with a single click
3. We are always waiting for pics from all around the country, in order to reach 436 (Greece's bird list) photographed species.
Also, in each post, you can click on the buttons "Seen it"or "Target Species", so that we know which species are more of your interest and you need more information about locations, sightings etc. Feel free to send any comment to the moderator
Keep birding in Greece!
